What is EİDS, and why should your listing be verified?

15 October 2026 · 3 min read

The Electronic Listing Verification System (EİDS) is the Ministry of Trade's system that verifies property listings for sale and rent on the internet. A licensed real-estate firm's listing is published with the authorisation the owner gives that firm in e-Devlet.

What it gives the owner

  • Your property cannot be listed without your knowledge and permission.
  • You choose whom you authorise and for how long.
  • You can extend or cancel the authorisation in e-Devlet at any time.

How the authorisation is given

In e-Devlet the "EİDS ticari taşınmaz yetkisi" service is opened, your title deeds are listed, the deed is chosen and the firm's authorisation number is written at the "Emlakçıya Yetki Ver" step. The firm's name appears by itself; a date range is chosen and "Yetki Ver" is pressed.

Home&Booking's Real Estate Trade Authorization Certificate No: 4800299 · Muğla Chamber of Real Estate Consultants (Muğla Emlak Danışmanları Esnaf Odası) Member No: 393. The steps and a short film are on our listing page.
