Step 1 · EİDS authorisation
How do I give the EİDS authorisation?
Before a listing can be published, the owner authorises us through the Electronic Listing Verification System (EİDS) on e-Devlet, Türkiye's state portal. Our licence number is below.
You carry out the transaction yourself on e-Devlet; we never ask for your e-Devlet password.

- Sign in to your own e-Devlet account and type “EİDS ticari taşınmaz yetkisi” into the search bar (“EİDS yetki” finds it too).
- Choose the service that appears; you are taken to the authorisation page.
- The page lists your title deed or deeds.
- Tick the box of the property you are authorising us for.
- Press the “Emlakçıya Yetki Ver” button (“Authorise an estate agent”) in the top right corner.
- On the page that opens, enter our Commercial Real Estate Authorisation Certificate number: 4800299.
- Scroll down a little and the company name appears by itself: “Home and Booking Gayrimenkul ve Danışmanlık”. This confirms you typed the right number.
- In the date range section below, set the period of the authorisation: at least 3 months; 3, 6 or 9 months, 1 year, or as long as you wish.
- Press the “Yetki Ver” button (“Give authorisation”); the transaction is complete.
- Once it is complete we are notified by e-mail, and we prepare your listing for publication.
You can cancel the authorisation on the same screen at any time.

A property sent from here is not published by itself. Your listing goes live after the EİDS authorisation is complete and we have checked it.
Share the details of your property.
Our listing form is the same one our real-estate advisers use: photographs, map, features and price in one place. It opens in a new tab in Venta Asist, the application of our technology partner Noventura, and is filled in with a free membership.
Once the form is saved the agreement step opens; then you give the EİDS authorisation below.
