Tell us about a home for sale or for rent — your neighbour's, a friend's, or one in your own circle. We talk to the owner; if a deal is made, you receive a share of our earnings.

How it works

    Tell us

    Open a free account in Venta Asist and tell us about the home: the area, for sale or for rent, and how to reach the owner.

  2. 2

    The owner is asked

    Home&Booking sends the owner a message asking for approval and an invitation to authorise us through e-Devlet (EİDS).

  3. 3

    With the owner's authorisation, we start

    If the owner authorises us, Home&Booking prepares the listing and runs the sale or the rental.

  4. 4

    You receive a share of our earnings

    If the property is sold or rented, you receive a share of our earnings; the payment is made with its legal document.
